SCUBA Diving is a wonderful activity, a chance to explore a foreign world right on our doorstep. Each time you slip beneath the surface, you enter a dynamic, living environment where different shapes, sizes and varieties of marine life interact. This is what makes diving so exciting! No two dives are ever the same.
The underwater world is naturally a hostile environment to humans and in order to survive underwater we need life support equipment. SCUBA (Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus) allows us to enjoy this magnificent environment. And, there are 2 important things that allow us to enjoy the underwater world safely - quality equipment and quality training!

Our philosophy at New Way Diving is to provide the best available equipment and the best training so you can have the best and safest experience under the water. We have an in house technician who is servicing our equipment regularly. We teach people the knowledge and skills necessary to become good divers, we provide the infrastructure and expertise to develop diving and gain further experience and we do this in a safe, fun and absolutely beautiful setting. We appreciate that your decision to become a scuba diver means that you will be making an investment in both time and money. This is why we kept the prices of our courses very competitive and we have created a schedule to the program that is comprehensive and inclusive of all the things you need to be successful. Quite basically, we are never satisfied with simply meeting the performance requirements, but instead we are thriving to exceed them!! New Way Diving has been establish in 1997 and has build a reputation of being one of the leading dive schools on Koh Tao. We are bringing European standards to Thailand and conducting all our courses using PADI standards.
We have been awarded the PADI 5 star IDC rating, National Geographic Center and Go Eco Operator, teaching from beginner to instructor level. We conduct all our courses in small groups which make it more personal and give us more time for individual training. All our divemasters and instructors are highly trained PADI professionals, oxygen providers and first aid trained. All our staff is required to attend PADI seminars so they keep up to date with all the standards and the latest technologies.
We conduct courses in many languages: English, German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Swedish, Danish and Thai and if you speak another language we can organize a free lance instructor for you. All our staff lives and work here for many years and certified more than 1000 students each and are well known with all the dive sites around Koh Tao. We are proud of having a 100% safety record and we are affiliated with the SSS- recompression chamber and we have an oxygen system on our dive boat.
Paramount to ensuring everybody enjoys diving is a healthy marine environment. New Way Diving is seriously committed to this conservation through education, conservation program affiliations and donations, and community conservation events. We are recognized as a leader in environmental conservation and have received awards (Project AWARE and Green Fins) as acknowledgements of our efforts.

Accommodation
Accommodation is available at New Way, in the form of traditional beach style bungalow. All bungalows come with double bed, fan, and toilet/shower. At the divers lodge we have several rooms with en-suite toilet/ shower, 1 double bed and 1 single bed / bunk bed for groups and families. Subsidized accommodation is provided for students and fun divers.
